I have 2014 Peterbilt truck with Cummins ISX12
I got engine oil leakage through exhaust manifold
Turbo checked found ok then removed exhaust manifold found oil leaks from all pistons through the valves as below pics. I think this because valve stems

Do I need to remove the cylinder head for repairing or valve stems can be replaced without removing cylinder head?

Yes the head must go to a very good machine shop after the head is off all of the valve guides will need to be replaced and the valve seats cut and injector seats will need to be replaced, after head is checked out for cracks?

Valve stem seals are replaceable with the head still installed. Did alot of ISX15 ones, even made tooling to avoid pulling injectors.
