    Very picky, you probably have to piss em off real good. The 2 times I've been pulled in on short haul exemption as soon as I said local that was the end of it. Didn't even look at my bills to make sure I was staying in my 150

    I was running Frac sand in south Texas last year up until last July and a majority of the trucks are plastic fall aparta.Also the majority of Hispanic drivers are Mexican or of Mexican descent which is part of North America.
