Good luck. They are known to push their guys beyond breaking point. Lots of bison wrecks this year, seems to have gotten worse once Richardson bought them. Be safe.

Our trucks are slow, but you guys are even slower. And you guys are always covered in dirt for some reason but that's all I know

Bison does not pay for truck washes, and they got rid of their wash facilities at all terminals.

Good luck OP, don't expect more than $600/wk net, so budget accordingly. Also if you won't spend 26 days/mo in the truck, you will never see anything but Walmart/Canadian Tire/Purolator in Northern BC/Ontario.

Get your exp and be ready to move on.

When I was out there that clown coloured fleet from Pitt Meadows was doing all the Northern B.C. Walmart, Costco and Futureshop stores. Can’t see how Bison could possibly do it cheaper. Cridlands not around anymore?

Couldn’t tell you, all I know is while I was there, and the stories I hear until this day. Is if you won’t play the game, that’s what you get. I know once I started pushing back, I was condemned to Prince George Canadian Tire loads and Hwy 3.

Also, like @upnorthwpg said, the push is unreal, way worse now (which is hard to believe) but it’s happening. I never got to do anything but drive/fuel/sleep for my entire time there. It was a struggle to even fuel and shower, they pushed that hard. Never been so tired in my life, and when I finally left, it took me 3 weeks of doing nothing/sleeping in to get back to something resembling normal.

The next job I had, much more civilized, and for the first time in almost 2 years of driving the US, I had time to stop and go to an outlet mall/have sit down lunch in the US.

Richardsons bought Bison? Holy. I knew Kyle and Connie took a bag of Mullen money and set Bob to spinning in his grave, but that one got by me. Haven’t been keeping up with what the aluminum tarp bunch have been up to I guess.

Didn’t know either. Spotted 12 new bison super b sets, talked to a driver.

My friend worked there. Said if he neglected his family and personal well being he could take home 4000 per month. I applied but they wouldn't accept me, said I was "not desperate enough" or something like that :/
