I use a GPS every day based solely on the fact that I am a daydreamer and will end up not going where I should. Missed turns and such because I saw something stupid that won’t leave my mind.
alds, Sirscrapntruckalot, Chieftains and 1 other person Thank this. -
Truckers path is fairly good until you get yourself in the situation. Maybe you missed the shipper or receiver on your going down some backwards side road. It’s suggested remedy to get out of a such a situation would be a challenge for a golf cart many times. Other than that it works fairly well.

I use iOS maps and inroute for when I need to go the round about way.
I also have a nice fancy smartphone to get as much information as I can to bypass bad roads.
Still roll across a few weight restricted bridges but they ain't collapsed yet lmao.Chieftains Thanks this. -
TripleSix, Hammer166 and Gearjammin' Penguin Thank this.

I mainly use Google maps, I usually avoid county roads and streets but also I am subscribed to trucker path as well, so I use that to find truck stops on my last hour.
