I have a 2014 International ProStar with the Cummins motor and 10 speed trans. I have had very little problems with this truck until now. The cruise control, engine brake and wipers all went out at the same time. My first thought was the Clutch Switch since I did not notice the wipers not working. Checked the clutch switch and it was working as it should. Checked the wiper relays just to make sure and all were good. I have pulled apart the steering column thinking maybe the wires went bad from tilting the steering wheel up and down every now and again. Visually they look fine but I have not hooked it up to a meter. Does anyone have any suggestions on what this could be? Was told maybe a bad body control module but I am not sure how to check this.

Could you be more specific on the location like left or right of the steering wheel can not seem to find it. Thank you for your help.

I had a shop do it for me and they said they had to remove the dog house to get to it.

I have went through this entire truck and I can not find this 100 amp fuse. I also replaced the clock spring and that did not fix the problem.

The 100 amp fuse mentioned is a Mega Fuse that is at the firewall at the left side by the air cleaner housing. When that fuse goes it usually also cause the wipers to run all the time along with check and abs lights as some circuits are no longer powered.

The mega fuses are good. The clockspring is good. Do you have any other ideas on what it may be? Wipers, cruise control, air horn, and high idle doesn’t work. City horn, headlight int and marker int work fine.

Try a body controller reboot by disconnecting battery power to the cab for 30 seconds. I think your air horn is it's own separate problem with either a bad solenoid or the air horn itself is plugged. Air horn is on the same wiring with the headlight and marker interrupt. Everything else does share the same zero volt reference, but if that was open the wipers would actually be on all the time the way the signals work.
