Maybe someone can help, I’m getting a pulsating vibration buzzing sound on high idle from the fuel line rail that goes from the transfer pump to the secondary fuel housing. I’ve replaced all check valves on the secondary fuel housing. All new lines before the transfer pump, transfer pump. Very annoying any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like cavitation.

I think @Mike250rs is on the right trail. Check your new fuel lines. Unless the bypass valve you put in there is bad it must be something on the lift side of the pump making it sound weird.

Did your torque regulating valves? Very easily damaged from over-torque.

I’ve had a few bypass valves that were bad right out of the box. I’ve got 3 engines with that fuel system on them and I’ve had probably 5 or 6 over the years. Not all the same ailment, just poor manufacture or QC.
