Does anyone have any information about this route. I’ll take the two lane from Page to Tuba City, through Kayenta and Winslow to I-40. Are there hazards anyone can enlighten me to expect? I'd really appreciate the help? Thanks in advance

If you don’t wear a mask on the Indian reservation, they will put you in jail.

I guess Indians are very susceptible to Covid, I still see the billboard on the way to Tucson by Riggs Road saying you must wear a mask while on the reservation.

The McDonald's in Page charges $9.50 for a biscuit, hash browns and coffee and the local Travelodge has ice cold showers.

    Hope that helps.

Call the local DPS. Probably Flagstaff office. The duty officer is pretty knowledgeable and pretty cool about questions like yours.

You will need a oversize permit, and it will have the route you have to drive .

Your permit will dictate your routes from state to state of youve gotten them from each state. I’m running so cal to Utah today, and I can only run daylight hours, and in the city’s such as salt lake, there is a curfew from 6-9 and 3-6. Plan accordingly.

Whoever orders your permits can route you whatever way you want to go and each state will dictate whether that route is accessible for your load dimensions. At 14'6 out west, you should be fine especially in Arizona and New Mexico and Texas. I dont know much about Oklahoma.
