Just purchased a 2012 pete with the paccar mx13. Truck feels extremely weak.
    Currently set to 431 hp.
    Have no codes.
I'm not sure of what the pressures of this truck should be (fuel, boost, oil)
Truck does about 30 psi boost up to 1450 rpm then hits 40-42psi from 1450-1600 rpm. From what I see from charts 1500rpm is a little high for the boost to just start hitting 40-42 psi.
    I use texa software.

I would start with a thorough engine management cleaning. EGR cooler flush and sensor/ tube cleaning. Make sure the EGR and BPV valve calibrations are completed. Adjust the overhead. Are all common areas of concern for low power complaints.

As for proper calibration for the bpv and egr. I have no options for this, I'm assuming paccar has given outside software a very narrow window to operate with. Would anyone have any input on what the fuel pressures should be?
I see (absolute pressure upstream of the compressor 27.56) (measured pressure upstream of the compressor 14psi) (absolute fuel pressure 91.37 psi) (measured fuel pressure 76.57 psi) I mean what are they getting at as absolute vs measured? Is absolute what the ecm is requesting and measured what it actually is?
Drove the truck again last night empty flatbed I have a 1999 10 car hauler 42,000 lbs empty with a m11 set to 330hp and it would walk this pete right now

Absolute is true reading, relative is a "gauge" reading that has barometric pressure already figured in. Fuel pressure is a little low, regulator is on back of cylinder block, square manifold. You can order just valve, they are usually fractured. KIMG0096~2.JPG
If you have the Texa, does it monitor fueling state to see what is limiting fueling if anything. As @Goodysnap posted, air management cleaning, EGR cooler and overhead usually cures 90% of driveability issues.

The split low side regulator will most certainly log low fuel pressure under load. Haven’t seen one bad in ages. That updated part has been out for years.

If you looking for a smoking gun, monitor boost while under load or wing a new sensor in it (if you can get one). Plugged sensors are very common.

It does not tell me if the engine is in derate. but i would assume if it was there would have to be a active fault with code? i have screen shots from my readings. If I can figure out how to post thoses i will.

If in derate would have a P1496 or P1495. Never used Texa, but what you arelooking for in monitor the quality fuel requested mg/stroke and engine mode. Modes include protection, standard, SCR high efficiency, SCR warm up, DPF Regen, SCR super high efficiency, engine brake, cranking . Under hard pull, mg/stroke should read at what emissions sticker on intake says is max for your rating.

Boost at 40 is way too high. Most likely tube from manifold to exhaust gas pressure sensor is broke. Epa 10s usually dont hit 30psi.
