Loss of power/limited to 1,500 rpm’s/no codes

I’ve recently changed the dpf filter (new), egr valve,VGT turbo actuator, intake fuel module,lambda ( oxygen sensor), surge tank and low water sensor, fuel/water separator. I’ve cleared the codes and reset them. I’ve reset after treatment and dpf filter. Now Im limited to 1,500 rpm and lacking power. What else should I be looking at…?
