Serious answers with no smart ### replies? What internet are you using?
I would like to find such a place. I'm not a doctor nor do I pretend to be one but commonsense tells me getting upset over silly answers to a serious question isn't good for your blood pressure and could lead to increase chance of a stroke.
Speaking of quackers..

I found this.I read it as referring to 1st diagnosis of high BP. Accordingly I should have been given a 1 yr not 3 mo. I guess Dr. reserves right to be stricter. Maybe that applies both ways? I’d also like to know.

That was updated April 2014.
What's the newest and latest? Did anything change since then. -
The top or systolic number used to be 160. For some time now it has been 140/90. That means your blood pressure has to be BELOW those numbers to be acceptable to the medical examiner. Many years ago the ideal blood pressure was 120/80. But its been raised to 130/80. I agree with you, the drug companies would like to have everyone in this country taking blood pressure medication. They will convince the doctors that 130/80 is too high and to start writing prescriptions. My blood pressure was 114/60 four days ago. Will a reading like that be suspect in the future? I hope the medical profession will show some integrity and put a stop to all this claptrap. Stay healthy and be safe.

I was on Ace Inhibitor and a Beta Blocker before I decided to watch what I stuck in my mouth and lost 50 pounds.
Next physical my BP was significantly lower and my rested pulse dropped enough that he dropped the Beta Blocker from 2x to once a day and if my pulse rate stays under 50 he's going to stop it altogether...
I used to bring home BP readings due to the 'white coat' situation [more likely from driving in to work first] and this last visit it was 117/67 instead of 138ish over 40ish with a pulse rate of 48.
