The old Mid-Mountain Foods warehouse (Now known as K-VA-T Food City distribution center) in Abingdon, VA, is grocery store deliveries and home every night. It's a private fleet of day cab Volvos with about 100 trucks. Depending on your level of experience, this might be a good option and is worth checking out.

No breaking down pallets or wheeling things into a store as with Hackney or Sysco; just back to the store's dock and let the grocery stockers pull the pallets off with an electric pallet jack.
