They had a spill in my town back in March of 2009. Some of the local business responded to the mess and they never paid any of them.

I have heard a lot about them goin broke and I would have to agree that they probably are cause it seems that there isn't many of them running around my town any more as to there used to be quite a few of them. I also used to work on quite a few of them an stayed fairly busy doin it. But I haven't seen nor worked on any of them for months. There are quite a few owner operators that I know that work for them and are complaining about rates getting cut, now work, an very slow pay an sometimes no pay at all. So all in all I would have to say they are probably going to close the doors due to bad business practices.
