Is 25% of gross ok for reefer pay?

    Is the fuel surcharge part of the 25%, or is it all taken out before percentages are calculated?

    If they are giving you insurance and matching a retirement it’s not horrible, on a 1099 you would need to be over 30%

    How would you respond if they try to gaslight you and say "rates are now very low and our business is struggling, hence %25"

    (1099) Needs to be 33% or better to break even with (W-2) 25% pay.
