This nonsense. Keep in mind there are 2 sides to every story. And you're getting one of them in this thread. This claim being made here has been reviewed by the Minnesota Truckers Association which is comprised of Safety Directors AND Truckers. And has ruled in the company's favor. In my working here going on 6 years, I nor anyone else I know have had any Safety issues with SAV. If you report a problem it's fixed! I have NEVER nor anyone else I know had any issues with equipment needing repairs. I'll also say that complaints almost always come from new hires such as here. The company followed proper procedures and obeyed the law. As for legal litigation. Know one knows of any.
I'm not a company cheerleader by any means. If something is wrong I'll be the first one to call them out. I have always tried to give the most accurate account of a company I can to my readers. I also know you will never please every driver.
