Churchill Mortgage will do a manual underwrite. You don’t even need a credit score. You DO need a lot more proof though.

First I'd shop around because this stuff varies widely from place to place. Get a mortgage broker if shopping around doesn't help. They exist for these kind of situations. They often involve a fee but when your situation calls for it they often get the job done.
