I love stopping at the 49er truckstop off of exit 49 i-75 kentucky. They got the hot roastbeef sandwhich covered in mashed potatos and gravy with a side of greenbeans for seven dollars that I always get each time i pass through there.

Penn can exit 217 on 81 Harford pa.
104 store at the intersection of NY370/104.
Exit 230 on 81 (last exit before NY) Dobbs country kitchen and across the street Tedeschi's Italian restaurant. Room for about half a dozen trucks at the fuel stop across the street.

If you run the 2 lanes in Jersey there's still quite a few diners left that have truck parking. All up and down 31 there's still a ton of good eating spots
