Jimmy John's at truckstop

For some of us, available space and time away from home limits what we can carry. When I'm local, I bring my lunch and snacks most days, but once a week I buy lunch on the road. But now that we are super busy with long distance (6 weeks of Billings, Mt loads, that replaced the 6 weeks of Salt Lake loads), I'm eating on the road, it's been all Subway and McDonald's. I prefer JJ over Subway, better quality, better choices and they don't seem to be always out of product, so I'd love to have a JimmyJohn's, be nice if a few places would get a Chipolte, Wendy's, I'm tired of Subway, Carl's Jr and Flying J pizza. Although the occasional Denn'y is a change of pace, but they are in very limited locations.
