Most decent sized towns have RV storage spaces for rent .
And if the town is large enough they will have at least one truck storage terminal .

The "usual suspects" for truck parking are Tow companies, self-storage companies, and then possibly warehouses or other trucking companies like @roundhouse said. If the area is crowded urban area, you may have to expand your search to other areas. Obviously truck stops in crowded urban areas are always full.

Any independent shops around with decent sized yards? Probably pay around 200 a month in that area. I wouldn't exactly call that central jersey either
