Except I would have gone under then back over. It would have kept the strap off the arched stuff.

If the shipper will let you steal some of those chep pallets in the background, a short stack of those could make a quick and easy bulkhead.

I’ve had those loads before. They usually turn out to be a load of pipe bends or some ugly #### that you have 35 belts on by the time you get out of the yard with it.

3 week on flatbed, I gave him a quick 1 day training course bahahah

He's a really good guy, my only harp is he doesn't stay at a truck stop every night, which means he doesn't shower daily....

I asked him why he went over with the straps and he said because the strap rubbed on the bended steel but didn’t hold the rub guard so he flipped it.

That’s kind of what I thought looking at it. At least on the ends of the arched stuff where it would have been short to the lower edge, the center one should have been well clear.

Or like the one I got that I had to spend 9 hours in ungodly heat in OK, removing and reloading with occasional help with an afternoon shift guy with the hilo for the heavier pieces.

Two things. What's holding that dunnage under the trailer behind the kneewall supports? And let him know it's okay to use the spools for those chains..I cringe when I see one pocket side being used to secure stuff, when the whole pocket is what's rated, not one side.

Thing is, you can’t fault him for at least thinking and trying. Wish more would be like that.
