is there anyone else out there having a hard time keeping their truck warm? Our truck last night had very little heat coming out...If we are climbing mountains or sitting and idling heat is great, going down road it sucks...We are in a kenworth T2000,any ideas or suggestions?

In really cold temps a lot of trucks will run too cold. Mine does, So I run a winterfront on mine. Recently the temps have been so cold up north that the winterfront isn't enough to keep it warm. I put a piece of cardboard behind the winterfront to close it up even more.

You need to restrict the flow of cold air thru the radiator to warm it up.

My T-stats are working fine but it's still hard to keep it warm.

black is right. button it up, but watch your temp gauges. If it starts to warm up you will need to open it up some.
