Exactly! Told our safety director that all JSA are for is their safety in court. If you write it and still had an accident/incident, you knew better; if you don't write it, you didn't do a thorough safety evaluation. Either way they're trying to negate their responsibility.

1 Redfish 4 Gafftopsale Catfish. I know a bad day fishing is supposed to be better than a good day at work but 8 hours in the sun makes you wonder. If not for Cold Beer maybe would pick work.
