What if it Snows?

It's only a matter of time before the OLCC is dissolved and liquor is sold in grocery stores. Orylibrel where everything is legal all the the time.

The only concerns I have with booze being sold in grocery stores is: then I've got to put up with the Karens, and "manbun" types, slowly sauntering around the store gabbing away (weather on the phone or with real or imaginary friends) oblivious to the people that are just trying to get in and get out. At least the local place finally put all that stuff in a corner up front which got the socialites more out of the way.

The drunks are just rolling in grabbing appropriate bottle(s) and moving on back to their hidey hole.

 

I wonder if it's the same at the herb stores.

 

LOL...Two of our local cannabis dispensaries have gone out of business this year. Too much competition from the bootleggers and the home growers.

 

LOL I should go wander into one and see how the modern ones operate.

The couple I have taken folks to in the past (for legitimate medical need) operated someplace around stamp-coin collector or jewelry store style.

Walk in and the client, with the prescription, sits in a booth and works with the consultant to figure out what they want.

I figure now it would be more like getting Panda Express/Subway..... Pick what you want out of the case and pay for it at the register.

Don't recall seeing any drive-throughs though, those are big for the tribes selling tobacco and vape products up here. No state taxes at the tribe stores.

Hope they do not go that way with herbs, If you aren't sober enough to walk in you should not be driving.
