hi all, i am new here on this forum but a constant reader, i have a volvo vnl 670 2013 with isx 10 speed.
the issue with my truck started 6 months ago when my climate control unit in the bunk started to make beeps and it was some says due to the panic mode activated of sensing the gasses so in terms of hazard it starts beeping, my front climate control was bad so was changed by the dealership and some mechanic i met in Detroit area jimmy it for me and ran a wire across my fuses in the bunk climate control to stop the beep and it did stopped beeping he never told me why he did that what he did and what it does but the annoying beep was gone, but now, so was it but some says electrical.
so we were changing the AC lines today and recharged the ac then all of a sudden the beeping came back, i checked the wire the guy ran through was in place, i pulled it out no beep, i check the fuses all fuses are good, then i opened the front dashboard fuse box and checked all, and all fuses were fine, the i heard a flickering noise and i noticed it was my relay, R11, when i pull the relay out no beeps no noises but no feed to the bunk, no bunk lights work and the unit does not let me operate it as well, so i put the relay back and it flickers and beep starts again but after few moments its gone and no flickering, but still not feed/power to the bunk, then i noticed if i open the door as i have door lights on the feet level are not receiving any power as well but when system tries to send the power to them on opening the door or even pressing them the beep begins, then if i try to make anything work related to the whole cabin lights etc or bunk it beeps again. so i am kind if completely lost here, when the relay is not attached there is no beep and no power.
i apologies for this long detailed summary but instead of wasting time of all of us asking millions questions i thought i must elaborate the issue and save some time for all of us other than reading it all through.
    thank you in advance.

Are you sure it's not the low voltage waring? Test the batteries? If it's beeping you need to reset the system.

Does the truck have a battery cutoff switch? It's located above the battery box. If it hasn't been replaced recently they build up resistance and cause all kinds of electrical gremlins. Low voltage warnings is one of the symptoms

so i now feel like it is low voltage warning beep, but the main concern or the point of my concern is that it cuts off all the current to the bunk. plus when i open the door my R11 relay makes buzzzing sound and the beep starts, if i put my GPS charger in the port it starts beeping, if i put my phone charger in the port it starts beeping, and i am thinking of why and how is that connected to the beeping system and it only kills the bunk, so no lights or fan or the charging port works in the bunk. i am going to check on my ABS sensor cables to see if they have been corroded or rotted, the power kill switch is practically new as its been only about 20k-30k miles ago i replaced it. the batteries are new with the same mileage on them, and the cables and the contact points for batteries have been cleaned up recently but i'll try to do so again to clear the doubts.
