What would be your expectation for pay per mile and weekly milage for two new drivers that are team driving?
Thanks!

I’m guessing they will have you run anywhere between 2700 miles to 4,000 miles starting out. Who are you guys looking at running with?

@Chinatown will give you some good advice on where to go. Have you all already got your cdls? Or still need to get your cdls? I was solely basing the information on you all being new drivers and what I experienced 4 yrs ago. I’m saying the industry may have changed a little but probably not much.

In other words, you're both paid for all miles the truck runs and you're paid whether you're driving or sleeping.pumpkinishere Thanks this. -
I think the OP would do well teaming for an LTL company like R+L or ODFL.pumpkinishere Thanks this. -

I dunno aboit where you are, But the community colleges in my state are reasonable priced , $1700, and is a 12 week class that’s very good . Plus when you’re done you don’t owe your soul to a company for the next year.Nahbrown and pumpkinishere Thank this. -
.60 seems a bit low even for a new team, but either way the world is your oyster after you get a year in. My company requires 2 years experience, and my wife and I make .94/mi, and about $1 with accessory pay included.
