Got an offer to haul new boats from a factory near me that aren't over size and would fit on my 48' flat. Broker says 100k cargo insurance is fine but I don't see how when new boats can be over $150k new each. What about boat check stations, do new boats need to stop at those? Anything else I should know about hauling new boats? It seems like a particularly risky commodity to haul.
Anyone haul boats?

It depends what boats you're hauling regarding cargo insurance. Sea Doo switch is a boat, and they may top out at $30,000 each, so that would be under $100,000 cargo

How come I've never seen boats on a flatbed? Normally its either Step, RGN, or special boat trailer....
