It happens to me from time to time. Me being all about the greater good, I will go park if I know I'll be taking a while in the truck stop. It's never a good idea to hold up someone from working. Sometimes drivers just want to fuel and go on. I ain't gonna stop em.

That's low down too. It's people on here that really interfere with someone's ability to work. It's unbelievable.

Everyone does have that mentality. Everyone takes a 30 minute break when fueling, when combining the On Duty time of fueling + the off duty time when you go inside afterwards. This has been happening since the new rules came into effect several years ago, it's nothing new. Just embrace it and use it to your advantage like I do.

Watch out folks, we got a real bad ### over here.

Well I mean you would have to put your phone down and stop posting on the Truckers Report Forum for that to happen. 2700 posts in 1 year and 3 months on this forum. You are putting Xheavy1 to shame with your post count. Making Xheavy look like an amateur there, Catmundo.

I know. And usually I will (pull into an open parking space during the day). Unless the driver behind me seems like a bully or is being rude, then I won't. That said, as I said before, it's not a huge deal if other drivers don't do it. Life goes on. No need to get all stressed out about it.

A 30 minute break at the fuel island counts just as much as a 30 minute break in a parking spot.

Correct about fueling being considered on duty. Incorrect about the logbook violation, there is no logbook violation with what I do and what I described. On duty items count towards the 30 minute break. Go back and read my post. Fueling time + off duty time = the 30 minute break. That is 100% legal. I was pretty specific about that when I wrote that.

See my response above to Amodelcat. Using on duty time + off duty time combines for the 30 minute break and it counts just the same as when you do a 30 minute break off duty or in the sleeper. 100% legal with the new rules that've been out for like 2 years now.

I will use the hammer lane if another driver is being rude. For example if I'm passing somebody going 1 MPH faster than the person I'm passing, but another truck driver gets on my ### within inches of my trailer, then I'll deliberately slow down to maybe a quarter MPH faster than the driver I'm passing. That way I hold the driver up behind me, who was being rude.

I can't understand why you even drive a truck. Aren't you the guy making posts on here about how you make $10,000 a week daytrading stocks or something ridiculous like that? Why are you driving a truck when you're making high six figures each year trading stocks? Doesn't really add up to me but ok.

You said in my thread I made about Nebraska needing to be ashamed of itself for not building enough adequate rest areas, you said that you park in paid parking spaces without paying for the space. In that post after you admitted to parking in the paid parking spaces without paying for it, you said something like "a lot of places won't check to see if you've paid. Ask me how I know. Lol".

So, I don't think you're one to be talking about "low down".

i work the truck 1-2 days a week, and scratch my crack through cargo shorts the other days. I like driving sometimes, gives me a lot of time to listen to stuff. This forum is fun, regardless of the money I make

When I walk my dog, she leaves, her turds behind, and I dutifully grab a poop bag from the roll on the handle and grab the turd... it would be bad if it ended up dropped in, say, a volvo drivers door handle
Not that I've done it... but I have thought about ito_Oo_O

I like how you deliberately snipped off the first part of my quote where I mentioned this and I put in bold below:
