As an experienced driver my advice is the buckets at the fuel islands are not a bird bath.

The bigotry that you and others have displayed here is far more damaging and in need of attention in this country than some paper towels on the ground.

Only a person with severely compromised values wouldn't see that.

Exactly. Culture plays a huge role on people's thinking and habits. Some see it different just as the video. a lot of cultures brings their cultures with them whiles others may leave them. It's ones own perspective towards those traits which most of us in North American wouldn't do and can see that its Not hygienic.

I have been around the world, and I have seen clean restrooms in those countries, and I have seen hell on earth in those countries as well. I have also seen where western porta-johns were set up and they had to put signs on them to not put the water bottles in the hole, not to stand on the seats, etc.

I have also seen many places in the southwest where a certain culture likes to toss their TP in a wastebasket, and if you don't provide a wastebasket for their feces-coated paper, they will just drop it on the floor.
I can. I'm also Anishinaabe myself.

The biggest error I see in identifying people on the road is Sikhs, so many thing they are Muslim or Arab and they could not be more the opposite.

Well, I mean we complain when they wash their feet in the sinks or the crapper. Where else can they wash their feet at? :)
