The possibility appears that the "construction of Bridge" is NOT the problem.
There happens to be a Left Curve preceding the Bridge, (from the picture provided) so if WE Add SPEED and PHYSICS as well possibly questionable Driving characteristics and maybe Natural Wind Currents, maybe some bad Tires and/or wheels, shifting Load, wet road, N. P. A., such "resting postures" may well continue.
