That reminds me of Too Much Chrome

 

Saw kilt guy today. He was at Molson in Milwaukee. Think he drives for Roehl. I saw him in his truck, thought he looked familiar couldn’t place him, then he jumped out of the truck and all was answered.
Have a delivery in Cleveland tomorrow coming through Chicago all four lanes of 294 east were shut down luckily I was a mile from 55 so shot over to 355 and didn’t have to deal with it.

Delivering kegs to superior in glenwillow I think someone said one time that kegs get delivered to the back dock?

 

You know...I'd worn mine if it weren't for all the #### truck stop paparazzi. I've come to the realization that the less attention I draw to myself while I'm out here, the happier I am. I can't even wear shorts now at most of the places we go so ai don't even bring them on the truck.

Nothing like being awakened by a back up beeper 45 minutes before the alarm goes off....

 

Nothing has changed at DSC in University Park. Stood in line for 30 minutes 3 rd in line. Get up to counter stand there being ignored. Finally get paper work and see the trailer number is 4 digits. Tell the lady that isn’t one of our trailers. ##### says well that’s the one that is loaded so that’s the one your going take. I wasn’t going to leave the counter so start flipping through paperwork it’s not even going to the same place. She straightened it out but ohhhhhhh the attitude.

I never had any problems like that there. Only problem I ever had was the one time in the early am there was absolutely nowhere to drop my empty, and not a spotter to be found so I had to do a double d&h.

I've heard stories, though.

 

Yeah, I haven't been there very often but never had a problem there. Maybe MIT is too hyper all the time, not just at 4:00 A.M.

 

Graphics Packaging in Macon GA. Had me wishing for DSC. no real signage other than union non union entrances. So what the heck pulled into the union entrance drive down the road weight my truck on scale and pull up to locked gate at guard house. Sit there for 10 mins figuring out what to do since I wasn’t going to back out. Just when I decided I was going to be sitting here till Monday. A guard shows up on his gator. Opens the gate has me turn around and I follow him to another guard house. Guard in that guard house just points me East and says check in down there. Didn’t tell me I had to make a left and 2 rights and check in was clear on the other side of the property. What a dump.
