    From what I've heard, some inspectors will make sure that the trailer ABS indicator lights up on the dash when the key cycles on if you're connected to a trailer. I would think there is a regulation against tampering with the ABS if they're going to require modern trailers to be equipped with them.

    That’s the side that was hanging down and dragging on the road after it got cut. The other end was more of a clean cut. It definitely wasn’t like that when I pre-tripped the trailer.
