1. Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

Looking to hire a good trainee/graduate.

I understand that completely. Just know if it ever changes, you have a driver who will be ready to roll.

It definitely couldn't hurt. My suggestion would be to take that job if it makes sense for you and try to ride it out until the economy takes a turn for the better. I know that may be a LONG time, but you never know. When the economy turns, the supply and demand curve of drivers versus available jobs will turn with it. At that point companies will be forced to loosen up their hiring criteria again in order to keep trucks full.

Awwww....you are gonna make me blush.lol And just think, a few weeks ago you were slappin' #### outta my hand in another thread.lol

Seriously though, I could accommodate you in your quest of the CDL, that is IF I could hire from California. If you are serious, shoot me a PM and I could make a call or two.
