you no, im glad this was brought up.
the other day, im in duncan sc at the pilot, fueling up, im cleaning my windows, all of them, on the outside that is, and as soon as i get done the nasty guy fuel up next to me took the very one i used to clean the inside of his passanger side and driver side window... yes, the INSIDE... i do recall cleaning 2 bird droppings off of my window... nasty...nasty...nasty!!!! eww!! eww!! eww!! really dude? gross!!!
his truck was an older volvo, it had the classy silver tape holding things together, again, the same classy silver tape holding the head light in place... the truck looked as tho it hadnt been washed since it came off the assembly line way back when... he was pulling an old beat to hell werner trl which was just as nasty as him and his truck...
he was clean cut ( clean shaven-thats about it ) had a nasty disgusting hoodie on, and his jeans looked like they hadnt been washed in prob months... his sneakers apeared to be brand spankin new, along with his clean new lookin ball cap... and back to his jeans real quick.. not that im a " looker " but it looked as tho he couldnt " hold it in " if you know what i mean.... maybe i should put this under the " BIG CRAP " thread....
eww....

I keep my truck spotless inside all the time...The only thing that is difficult is keeping the carpet clean since I'm a flatbedder and tend to track stuff into my cab.
I have a guy that I take my truck to three or four times a year to shampoo and steam clean the carpets.
I like it CLEAN! -
I always keep my interior clean and organized in case a Drill Instructor drops out of the sky to inspect my truck. I will always live with that fear
Like other drivers, I've had the misfortune to be stuck team driving with absolute nasty greasy fat slobs. I have much more respect for myself and where I came from to allow my truck to be so deplorable. It's inexcusable.

when i have to drive a truck that was previously drove by a smoker i wash it inside with hot water with a little bit of ammonia, it gets rid of all the smells.

I carry a handheld stiff bristle brush in the truck and brush it out a couple of times a week, then about every 2 months I vacuum it and scrub the floor with a mix of Simple Green and hot water. I track a ton of mud and dirt in mine so my floor mats get dumped out daily.
