I’m losing a lot of air from the air service manifold located between the frame rails. Air is leaking out the bottom at a high rate. See pictures for reference.

Time to replace it. I had to replace one on my 2014 T-680..

    I can’t remember what it’s called..dump valve??
    Wasn’t very expensive.

    Rideandrepair and jldilley Thank this.

Just replace it... They are easy to do.

A possible temporary fix is to use a blunt object to bump the diaphragm in the bottom a few times... Sometimes it works, sometimes it dont.

Rideandrepair, jldilley and Concorde Thank this.

Before you replace the valve take both hoses off at the valve. There shouldn’t be any air coming out of the hoses. You could have a blown brake diaphragm if the leak is happening with your parking brakes released.

It’s not happening with the brakes released.
It’s called a quick release valve.

    Rideandrepair and kylefitzy Thank this.
