Greenhorn in Virginia looking to drive east-west.

Any advice on getting to drive all the states. I was OTR Years ago for Schneider and operating from the Charlotte terminal I think I could drive the Pennsylvania Turnpike with my eyes closed. They only ran solo drivers across the country if they were in a jam. I don't have a home per se and I don't need to be anywhere in particular? Any good companies or approaches for low experience drivers that will either take me west or to all 48?

 

Twenty years ago. I don't have my CDL presently but I should be eligible to retest. Charlottesville Virginia is where my License will be issued. Getting ducks in a row but I haven't found all my ducks yet.
