    I was doing the stuff for Prime. They had 7 pages of job descriptions they wanted filled out by a neuro that did work on me back in '05. The doc did everything but one page. The also wanted to charge Prime $50 to do the release. Rather than pay the $50 and having to pull reefer? I am going to Swift on Monday.
