I like starting around that time. I'm local too, usually rolling by 3:30 and beat the morning rush hour traffic, take a nap when I'm getting empty and then go pickup my load for the next day. I'm usually loaded again by 10:30-noon and beat rush hour traffic back again.

The hardest part for me is forcing myself to go to bed before 10pm

I’m usually in bed around 7, and hopefully asleep by 7:30. Up at 130. Best thing I’ve done for sleep is earplugs, curtains, a good sleep mask, and I go to bed at 9/up at 4-430 on my days off usually. It helps a lot to not shift my schedule much on off days
