Dhillon truck stop

    Exit 356 on I-40 near the Texas state line. The best thing is that there is almost always parking available here. And I really like their beef burritos. You can get them with just beef and no beans. They have some Indian spice which makes them flavorful also. The place is run by Indians from India.

    Is that the truck stop on the north side of the road just past the welcome center?

    It has no signs and hard to tell if it is even open.

    I have not been by at night in a while.

    Saw it today and noticed they had plowed the lot. Did not see any trucks there, but a couple of cars.

    Went on to the J at Tucumcari.

    We had a flat changed there years ago and the guy said where you out of . We said Oklahoma City. He said What state is that in? We said Texas.

    Passed this yesterday.

    It is the old Citgo in San Jon just west of the port of entry.

    I thought it was the one that is being built at Endee just west of the welcome center.
