If you see them in USA, report them to DOT or Cops. They are not authorize to operate in USA.

Yeah TransKing obviously shouldn’t be operating.
But as far as the crash is concerned, I see two drivers at fault. If I was rolling toward another truck that was arcing across my lane, I’d stop a lot sooner to avoid what was coming.Another Canadian driver, LtlAnonymous and merv85 Thank this. -
I agree with you on the crash, infact IMO the hood driver is at fault because he should have waited for the transking driver to leave. the transking driver was leaving the reststop /truckstop.Another Canadian driver, '88K100, LtlAnonymous and 1 other person Thank this.

The cop should have put Trans King out of service right there though given the driver couldn’t produce a CDL and the FMCSA issue.

Okay, glad I'm not the only one who saw it that way. Like slow down a little. Wtf.Another Canadian driver Thanks this.

A good driver avoids incidents like that...hood guy created the situation...typical billybigrigger/drama queen creating a situation. There are dozens of companies like TRANSKING with crap drivers so you have to be aware to avoid accidents.Another Canadian driver and nredfor88 Thank this.

I’m guessing the hood was entering and his trailer would have been blocking the street if he stopped. Not sure where he was at to check.Another Canadian driver Thanks this.

I’m very surprised Missouri Highway Patrol DOT wasn’t called in to intervene since that company isn’t even authorized to be here in the U.S.,let alone the driver not possessing a CDL! That truck should’ve been seized and impounded!

In Canada that situation would have cost the driver and company thousands of dollars. Whether they pay or not is debatable. These people don't play by the rules. Every week in Canada unlicensed drivers are found at the wheel of big trucks.,,they operate like they do back in the old country....there are no deterrents. Jail,,never happen up here.upnorthwpg, Another Canadian driver and NorthEastTrucker Thank this.
