It'll never happen....When they're done bending him over, He'll dissappear and never be heard from again.
He'll be too embarrassed to admit that he got hosed like we said he would!:biggrin_2559:

As I stated, we dont have the money to buy a truck outright like that. Nor do we want a used one that someone else has already worn out and most likely treated it like an ashtray.

So, what would you have done if you were in our situation?

Well then thanks for the heads up then. We will do what we feel is necessary to protect ourselves when it comes time to turn that truck back in.

So, with that being said, you think they will try to screw us? I doubt it. Not unless we give'em a reason to, anyways.

Yeah and sure, if I were to ask, and frankly don't really care, you would prolly tell me that you or any other of these people yer referring to did nothing wrong and that it was all "their" fault. Sorry, but yer gonna have to provide a little more proof to convince me otherwise that you and these other "victims" were absolute saints and never did anything wrong that led to whatever un-successful outcome came about.
Well, then how 'bout y'all "old farts" stop belittling everyone of us "new crop" just because you made the wrong decisions. That was then, this is now. There's people making work. We're making money. I've talked to people who are on like their 4th or 5th lease truck. They are out there. Just because you screwed up doesnt mean we are.
    Again, we're makin it work.

LOL..... Again, thats BS..... Very, very BS.

Somebody mis-read something somewhere. Theres no way in hell that guy is paying 900 bucks a week for 5 and a half years for that truck, when they aren't even leased that long anyway.
    Yes, I'm very sure.....
Excuse me for not making it clear enough for even a 2 year old to comprehend, but you are the one that assumed that I meant England was the "company" that was watching our books and such. If you must know, its Equinox which to my knowledge is not in any way, shape or form affiliated with England. Just like how Horizon and Freightliner aren't either.
####, you're full of yourself, aren't you?? Holly crap....

I'm not embarrassed by it. I just didn't give you an exact amount because I didn't feel it relevant. The only thing you need to know at this point is that if we keep our miles above 5000, we make a considerable amount more than what we would earn as company drivers.
Thank you for that spelling lesson, miss zen....

Sorry, its kinda hard to type when the truck is moving.
Do I really have to grace this ludicrous question with an answer?
    Gimmie a second.......
    MUAHAHAHAHA!!!!
    Ok.... I'm done...

Anyway, me calling you "pal" was in no way shape or form intended on me calling your conceited a-$-$ a friend.

I dont know about you man.... Sure is a lot of hatred comin from you..

So you are saying you hope we crash and burn? Wow. Thanks a lot.

Well, I got news for ya. We will succeed. Whether or not I wish to tell your worthless a-$-$ about is up to me.

How do you mean?? Regardless of the fact that its concerns driving a truck, that has nothing to do with it. Its all about being business minded. Knowing what to do and what not to do. However much experience you have driving a truck has no relevance what so ever.
I got a pretty good handle on what needs to be done. Even tho I haven't been doing it for 50 years, doesn't mean I have no idea about whats going on.
Like I said, thats better then what alot of drivers fresh out of school do.. Least we didn't dive right into it like most people do.

So, I am now obligated to report back to you in a year with a progress report? LOL......

Hate to burst your bubble, but it wont be me.

Again, thanks for the spelling lesson.... And I do understand it.

Yeah and I'm sure you feel pretty intelligent now with that piss-poor post of yours. Whatever. You are so full of yourself that it ain't even funny.

Wow, didn't know we were dealing with Mr. Wizard, here....

Tell you what, why dont you piss and moan to someone else about staying in the fuel island for longer than you allow and spare us from your useless replies. You are about as dumb as they come.

Why did I already know that you're one of "those"?

    Or one of those....

And of course we all know you opinion with regard to driving around with your fog lights on all of the time.

If you think I'm dumb....I must be doing alright!

You sir, Are the poster boy for what is wrong with this industry.

You know....It's funny, I'm dragging this England trailer back across the country and I called England to inform them of the damage that was on the trailer when I picked it up and the guy told me..."Don't worry about it, Most of our trailers are damaged in some way or another and as long as it'll get down the road we aren't worried about it" Then we laughed for a couple of minutes about how bad "most" of their drivers are.

    On a side note:

When I picked up the trailer there were 6 trailers to choose from in the drop yard. The one I finally picked had damage to the left side, The indicator lights for reefer mode were smashed all to hell, 3 flat tires and so much trash inside that it took me about 30 minutes to throw it all out and sweep the floor before I could take it.

IT WAS THE BEST TRAILER IN THE YARD!

What an embarrassment to the industry that company is.....

If "those" is what I think you are talking about, then you're way off. I was talking about typing on the keyboard while riding in the sleeper while the truck was in motion....

Are we clear now at least on that part??
Yeah I am. But at least when I do it its at night and theres no where to park.
Actually, you'd be pretty proud of me..... Since we got this new truck, its' headlights are way better than those in that other truck that I don't need'em less its rainin, snowin or foggy.
Don't be so full of yourself, man. Makes you look even more ignorant....
Oh, I am, huh?? I may be wasting my time asking, but how do you figure? Just because I come in here and rebut all these fake and ludicrous claims about England screwing somebody when i say that we are making money with England just because a ton of people say they aren't, I get treated this way? Its almost like you guys are just so plagued and blinded by what you've "heard" from other people that you cant even take the truth from someone when they say they are making it work.

But if y'all wanna keep throwing out these what'ifs and what nots, keep it up. I'm not here to impress you, nor do I really care if you believe me.
I just had to re-quote this statement.....

No sir, its people like YOU why this industry is going in the dumps.

Just outta plain, simple curiosity, what were you doing with an England trailer in the first place if you and many others on here feel so harshly towards them?

Unfortuneatley, I know exactly what yer talking about. I see damaged trailers on a daily basis. Course, Ive never seen one as badly damaged as you just described, tho.

Yeah, there are some idiots that England hires. But I do know that as soon as those drivers do something and get caught, they wont be employed by England for very much longer.

But all in all, what was this post supposed to prove? In other words, why did you feel the need to explain all that useless diatribe when hardly anyone cares??
