I have a 98 KW T800 with the AG100 and also pull a end dump. I dump my air bags every time I dump no matter what the condition. If you don't dump them then the trailer picks up the rear end of the truck and stretches out the air bags. There is no place to grease the suspension either. I've had to replace those rubber bushings maybe about every other year. Maybe not that often, I can't remember for sure. I also gross around 86,000 lbs and have had the truck for almost 10 years and have no problems with the AG100. Just be sure you have your fifth wheel set in the right place so you carry the right weight on the front axle aswell.
My brother has a detroit in his 99 T600. It used to be 370 on the pedal and 430 on the cruise. He just took it in and had it set up with 430 all the time. I'm sure they can do that with yours too. It's hard to pass 4 wheelers especially when you are shifting gears and turning the cruise off and on trying to get the maxium horse out of the motor. Detroit just sets it up split horsepower because of fuel mileage reasons. Good luck with your T600. Looks very sharp!
