Kinda like Wisconsin brand cheese, may be aged and finish processed in Wisconsin but they buy un-aged product from Cali and ship in from Cali.

One of the guys that used to be on TTR did WI/Cali run every week. Dropped consumer packaged product in a grocery DC in CA, Pick up fresh cheese rounds at a producer in the central valley to haul back.

Social Circle, about halfway between Atlanta and Augusta. Where the grown-ups live.

To my eyes that's where the rates should have been for the past decade, Total mismanagement in the past by the Fed Reserve.......

The current over priced housing market was only driven higher by the low cost of money. I'm waiting for the bank owned properties to come to market.

Yep , I live about 2 miles from General Mills. When it's quiet at night I can hear the back up alarms on the spotters.

Dude, we grew up in a generation where we would have blown the bank president on main street for that kind of rate.
Things need to get back to abnormal.

The OM and I will be taking our vacations in California, and trying to pick up a few bucks tearing down the existing dams, and any other infrastructure, so some dude can live like his ancestors did 20,000 years ago.

We will also be making a few bucks turning in water wasters.

We just want to see a cleaner California.

yet the morons live next to the Pacific Freekin' Ocean and wonder "Where's all the water."
There is absolutely no help for these people.
Jim Jones needs to come back and help them along in their journey.

I'm waiting too, out of curiosity. Idk how long it takes for that too occur. Some YouTube people say Cali takes 30 months from the first late payment. Other states are much quicker. Then evictions, LA is slowly allowing them to possibly start. Inability to evict drives up rental prices. Which in turn boosts housing prices as a substitute to renting.

I bought a bad double wide, probably knock out a roof in the next month. In 12+ months it will be cheaper to buy where I'm at. But I'm not paying rent for 2+ years, at that point, and it's a home.

Low cost money also helps wall street and the national debt payment, ect ..
