There is a “cheese plant” around Turlock that makes a lot of product. All bulk shipped in plastic bins to who knows where. In Los Banos is a whey plant that does the same thing.

 

Have I ever mentioned that I despise that corporation.
Have to admit, about every three months or so, I do have to enter the valley of the shadow. Only place we can get a hand full of items we like.
