    When you decide to pull the trigger, send a brief email to your terminal manager and CC it to your terminal manager's manager, the head of dispatch, and the vice-president of HR.

    Don't say anything negative (you can do that in your exit interview if HR asks you to do one), just tell them that the time has come for you to pursue other opportunities. That way they'll be less likely to give you a bad reference in the future.

    I can tell that you're incredibly frustrated with what you're going through, so I hope you find something better really soon.
