hey chrome dome that is a very good point i may not not be a driver yet but have found out a lot about the trucking industry my uncle drove sni for 3 years and had a family and i go whit him and tell me how hard it is staying away from your family for 3to 4 weeks at a time.but for someone like me whit no kids no house just my cellphone to pay and my car thats it.just puting my 2c in. yall be safe out there

JJ delivered one just before he quit a few weeks ago, it was late when he repowered it for another driver and all stops were late. They'Re set up for teams, not Solo drivers IMHO.

 

Well just got back from the doc. Looks like I'll just be in pain for awhile. He did double my dose on everything and wrote a script for 4 refills. So he must thinks this is gonna go on for awhile. I can promise everyone one thing no one and I mean no one will ever cut on my back again. Just when I got a job offer this had to go and happen she said she would hold the position for me but I can ask her to hold it for 6 more weeks. This is the stupidest thing I have ever done. Atleast before surgery I could do whatever I wanted to do without restricitions. Sure a little pain but my god nothing like what I am going through now. Well he gave me a shot of morphine before I left the office so I think I should go lay down and sleep it off before the kidos get home. Thanks for the prayers and talks to who ever your higher power is but this looks like one that will just take lots of time. Wonder if I could get SSI disablitiy since I can't work for at least 6 more weeks or if its even worth it?!?

 

That's what I'm sayin' 868 miles in 11 hours... I couldn't even do this load if i had 11 hrs drive time.

I got these short delivery times when I was with my trainer. I wonder if the planners know I'm solo now.

 

well after speeding all through Oregon's 55 mph limit, 30 mph Cabbage patch w/ 15 ft visibility. I need to take my 10 at the pilot in Mtn House, ID

 

I think you can get SSI... and of course it is worth it... some $ is better than no $
