Depends upon Terrain as to "how fast one can run in a sprint". Also if carrying/wearing any Bulk Item(s): Rifle(s), A.R., AK., Body Armor, Pistols, Swords, Knives, Backpack, Heavy Boots, Cross Bow and Arrows, Sleeping Bag, Tent (folded down)....and/or so forth. One may well be able to "run 10 miles an hour" yet not "10 miles IN an Hour", however ADRENALINE kicks in and, well, one may be surprised.
One may well have CRAMPS later yet one would still be Breathing.
    CHEERS!!
