Time may be running out!
The Clinic will/must correct your physical information.
Then personally make sure it gets to the DMV and see what they do.
I do know that NJ only gives you a short window after the physical actually expires and they 'want' your renewal around two weeks before the expiration.
Once the time limit has passed, they downgrade you to a class D with no recourse except to start over.
Had a guy who was in possession of two medical certs expiring around 6 months apart.
When he applied, we acepted the medical he presented which was the one with the most time remaining while the one on record with the state was older.
Begoining of the new year and I get everyone's abstract for the anual review [my broker shared the set he ran as he worked on our renewal] and he reports that this guy was downgraded months ago.
Don't wait!
My Cdl license has been canceled

I just went to do my dot physical the other day at a local chiropractors office. He verified my license number and emailed it to the DMV when we were done and gave me two long forms and a wallet copy. I’m going to echo everyone else’s comments and say it’s your responsibility, but luckily this sounds like it can be fixed.

Check your state's DMV website. In Florida you just upload a pic of your medcard and specify interstate or intrastate etc.
Did you not keep a copy of your medcard?. I was told you always had to have it on you when driving a commercial vehicle. Maybe call your old company and see if they can get you a copy.
