What do you mean by “tuned”?
In the EFI era, TUNED would be done at the ECM, preferably on a dyno. I don’t think that’s what you are preferring to.tscottme Thanks this. -

Cummins says 500K between overhead adjustments. I like to do it every 200K and that also gets me a look at overall condition of the top end. There really is no other tune up. Change oil and filters.
