EMBA CORP

Emba Corp is managment company that handles all aspects of running a trucking business. They are doing invoice, employing drivers, recovering and fixing the trucks etc etc. The man that told you about that 1223004 is not DOT number it's MC#1223004 the name of the company is Adegoke Consultant LLC. Actually that's the only thing he said that was wrong, the rest is true. Drivers are leaving the trucks in the middle of nowhere, deadheading and using money that was sent for fuel or something else for the truck. They told you in the beginning that they are not going to pay you two last loads when you are going home or taking a break, you know why? Cause that's their trucks and not drivers, and trust me drivers do not care about those trucks cause it's not theirs they are leaving them everywhere they want, 2 drivers left 2 trucks in FL and the company needs to recover those and they will do it with your money that you earned them. If you leave the truck in yard you are going to be paid but abandoning trucks whatever you want? Think about it, they are protecting themself as much as they can with greedy and sometimes sick or mentally challenged drivers. They are giving you everything you need on the road and they are not selfish. You need to see two sides and this one comes from dispatcher.

 

they dont have one. they r simply a service provider. they get blamed if OO doesnt pay me, bc they handle all his paperwork, he handles his money, they have always helped me collect all my funds from any company they put me in to drive for

Very true been here a bit, met almost everyone, unfortunately them bad drivers cause us good ones problems. I would not go anywhere else even when I get my own truck Ill have them handle my business. best people i have met in a long time. driver safety and needs are handled even on the weekends, at night, 365 24/7. everyone cares when i have a problem and they handle it asap. dont always agree with dispatch buy hey we all different ppl cant get along with my wife all the time either but as long as both sides are willing to compromise things get done and EMBA always makes it happen.

Owners of EMBAZHS, Emba CORP, Emba Transportation, A to Z Motor World, Thompson L&C MC#013819 out of Atlanta GA, SH Express MC#1356941 Kokomo IN, JEK Logistics MC#1411038 Franklin IN and so on, are Merisa Kocan - Bajgoric +13172601979 and Elmir Kocan +13172601148. You may think they are successful but all of these companies are either slowly dying or they already bankrupted. Once they screw people over, meaning they hire them, they work for a couple of months and then they stop paying them, they just pronounce bankruptcy and they think they are done. They owe a lot of people a lot of money and it's never their own fault, it's always banks, factoring companies or just someone else mistake but not them. How I know? I am one of those people who got screwed over. They owe me exactly 2174,01 $, I was waiting them and keeping my cool from January but now when I see how they make difference between people it's enough. I have held that company for a year and something, was doing everything for them and they were disrespectful, paying me less than other people and because I am different religion from them they even insulted me and still are. This is a horrible company please stay away from them I am filing a law suit against them as I type this review they owe me $4500 and they have been ignoring my calls I was lied to on multiple occasions that led up to this.
