Drinking Several Cups of Coffee a Day May Be Linked to Longer Lifespan in Study

I grew up in rural Appalachia , we lived 6 miles from the nearest paved road.

my mom would make biscuits using equal parts of flour , mayonnaise and milk,
And they were wonderful .
And even better with homemade butter and honey from my dads beehives .
Mixing honey and butter together and putting it on a homemade biscuit is better than any jelly .

in 1968 my dad made $650 a month as a forest ranger and we were the richest people around .
We had running water and electricity and a propane furnace . Which none of the other folks who loved around us had .
