    I got a few air leaks to fix tomorrow. All inside the cab behind the dash and one that requires removal of steering column. That one has been present for a almost a year.

    Got in the shop this morning and turns out the pass side cab air bag is leaking just enough to create this issue.
    Told em to replace them both .

    Been thinking about this for a while now and haven't been real happy at Morehouse about the last 6 months and not sure why ? ...it isn't over money , isn't over home time so I started doing some looking around thinking I'm just bored and when I did I heard enthusiastic attitudes from the people I talked to and it dawned on me !
    I'm tired of the low morale in dispatch here , outbound isn't bad but sure not what it was 5 years ago .
    Inbound from the area I run has never been great but the last 6 months or so has been awful ...to the point where one of them is Like talking to a sleeping dog ...she doesent give a Schmidt!
    I've complained about this before and it goes right back to the same bs and I live with it but I think after the first of the year a change is coming .

    Yeah I know lol ...ive had other offers on the table for a couple years now and have been watching what they are doing .
    This change won't be coming in haste or anger .

    My daughter is 19, she says the same about “men” around her age. She’s says none of them are serious people, no ambition, want to play video games all day, think they are entitled and want to live their parents. No goals or ambitions.
